These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mc88i platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on mc88i, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Terms at a Glance
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the mc88i platform. Age verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted one mc88i account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonus credits will be forfeited. Use your real name and accurate personal information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mc88i login credentials. mc88i will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to mc88i support.
mc88i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including accounts involved in fraud, collusion, or abuse of the bonus system.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mc88i ("mc88i", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the mc88i website at mc88i.net and any associated mobile applications, APIs, and services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on mc88i, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you accept its terms without reservation.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the mc88i platform. mc88i reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; continued use of the platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Clause 1
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

| "Bonus Credit" | Non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an Account by mc88i; subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required by mc88i before processing a Player's first withdrawal. |
| "IDR" / "Rupiah" | Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which mc88i Accounts are denominated and transactions are processed. |
| "RNG" | Random Number Generator — a certified algorithm used to determine the outcome of non-live casino games on the mc88i Platform. |

Clause 2
To register and maintain an mc88i Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

To access real-money gaming on mc88i, you must complete the account registration process via the mc88i Login page. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one mc88i Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where mc88i identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits) may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mc88i username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mc88i will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact mc88i support immediately at [email protected].
You may request closure of your mc88i Account at any time by contacting support. mc88i reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures. mc88i may also close Accounts at its sole discretion where it determines that a Player has violated this Agreement.
Clause 4
Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, mc88i is required to verify the identity and age of that Player. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may include, but is not limited to, the following document submissions:
mc88i reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, not only at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. mc88i processes and stores KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Clause 5
mc88i accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga bank transfer, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the mc88i cashier at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your mc88i Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances beyond mc88i's control.
You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit instructions are followed accurately, including the correct reference number where applicable. mc88i is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect transfer details provided by the Player. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
mc88i strictly prohibits deposits from payment methods registered to any person other than the Account holder. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned to their source. Attempting to deposit funds on behalf of another player constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Clause 6
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to mc88i's satisfaction. The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used to fund the Account. mc88i may require that a minimum deposit turnover has been achieved before a withdrawal is processed, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
mc88i targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the point at which a withdrawal request is approved by the mc88i payments team: e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within 1 hour; bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) within 1–4 business hours during WIB operating hours. mc88i does not guarantee these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the mc88i cashier. mc88i reserves the right to apply daily and weekly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Players wishing to withdraw unusually large amounts may be required to provide additional documentation.
Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only the real-money component of an Account Balance — and winnings generated from real-money wagers once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied — may be withdrawn. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
Clause 7
mc88i offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
Bonus credits credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those credits become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable for sportsbook bonuses) are stated in full on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
mc88i reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms. A determination of bonus abuse is made at mc88i's sole discretion.
mc88i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an Account and in respect of which wagering has commenced will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
Clause 8
All non-live casino games on mc88i use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology validated by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real-time studio environments; outcomes are subject to the physical mechanics of the game equipment.
Sportsbook bets are governed by mc88i's Sportsbook Rules, which are available on the Sportsbook page. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules on a specific matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of that matter. mc88i reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, including bets accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.
In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or other disruption during a game round or bet settlement, mc88i will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly using available server-side game logs. mc88i is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure on mc88i's side, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per game, per round, and per event are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. mc88i reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time. Stakes that exceed the maximum limit may be reduced or voided at mc88i's discretion.
Clause 9
mc88i is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:
mc88i will not knowingly allow any Player who has self-excluded to reactivate their Account during the exclusion period. Players are encouraged to contact mc88i support if they feel that their gaming habits are becoming problematic. Clause 10
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mc88i Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the mc88i Platform — including but not limited to the mc88i brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mc88i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mc88i Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mc88i Platform without the express prior written consent of mc88i. Any unauthorised use of mc88i's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Clause 12
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mc88i and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the mc88i Platform, including but not limited to:
mc88i does not represent or warrant that the Platform is error-free, continuously available, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mc88i's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 13
mc88i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mc88i will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by emailing registered Players. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the mc88i Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.
Clause 14
mc88i operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mc88i holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mc88i's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits mc88i's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of breaches of Clauses 10 or 11. Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that the resolution of disputes through mc88i's arbitration process is the agreed mechanism for addressing grievances and agree to exhaust this process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

mc88i's customer support team is authorised to handle account queries, payment issues, bonus enquiries, and general platform questions. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to mc88i's internal disputes team by requesting escalation in your support correspondence.
